Voting deadline: October 4461
Description[?]:
A bill to promote economic growth, with the point of helping to employ more of our citizens, and bringing more wealth into our nation. Through lowering taxes on corporations and the selling of luxury goods, we will allow for our poor to purchase refined and civilized items for less, and promote corporate expansion, creating more jobs and employing more people. To make up for lost government money, we will cut down on government bureaucracy by ending the subsidization of Democratic Worker's Councils and ending national enforcement of the hiring of foreign nationals, instead allow individual provinces such as Sutton to manage it themselves, allowing them to make decisions relevant to their own situations. Through this bill we will elevate the poor in our society, demolish unemployment, and give the economy a much needed boost. |

Message | Mr Speaker, While I must applaud the Enlightenment Party for bringing forward a bill that will cut taxes and put more money into the pockets of hardworking Hutorians, the Conservative Caucus cannot support this bill. While reducing taxes has always been a key goal for us, these cuts are not responsible. If the member can bring forward a new budget which reduces spending to a point where we are at a surplus with these changes, we could support it. We hope the Progressive Caucus can see our concerns and vote against this bill as well.
