| We, the LDU propose; 1.) Arrest of HFU leadership and its previous president 2.) Charge them with political terrorism 3.) Free and fair trial for them Because; - their request for execution of LDU, CR, WR leaders and their families! - attacks of their members on other parties( previous Green party, LRP headquarters and killing over 300 people there) Every DEMOCRATIC will vote for this proposal which sanctiones undemocratic actions on a democratic way. Any democratic country would have this done. Nicholas Ferina, President of LDU and a victim of HFU demands. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, Every single HFU member of the diet voted for the undemocratic execution of political opponents. Having said that, a criminal trial would be most inappropriate in a case like this. I will introduce a separate motion to deal with this matter within the Imperial Diet first. I propose a set of hearings in front of the Department for Justice standing committee on which we get to the bottom of this issue and if appropriate sanction criminal trial of the individuals that have explicitly committed criminal acts.
