| Viscount Wilma Urquhart II is the leader of a democratically elected party within this nation. Her life has been devoted to public service and this nation. Therefore we propose the following. 1: Viscount Wilma Urquhart II Exile is to be revoked. 2: All her family's assets are to be protected by her. 3: Deportation and forced exile by are to no longer be in the power of this diet but instead by the agencies empowered with it. And can not be used against citizens |

| Message | Mr Speaker, If she or her family returns, she will be killed by the populace or the military supporters that asked for her to be killed in the prior election. Meaning, if she does come back she will be killed on site regardless of whatever law is passed. Since she left the country to avoid the law - she can not return. The Urquharts are no longer nobility nor citizens, nor is she eligible for citizenship. She would be forced to stand trial, as would her family, on the count of arson and violating pension laws for not paying the people she illegally laid off. Hence, she would best stay where she is permanently. Her viscount title has actually even been abolished, as one of the powers of Head of State I, Governor General, have chosen to exercise. Thus, this bill is a death sentence for the family which the HFU has actually taken the moderate position of exiling her. Also, she has no assets as they were either burned (by her), redistributed, or seized by the state. If this sort of RP is to be engaged it should be done with like some sort of mindfulness, but she basically took full responsibility - and regardless if she opposes fascists that doesn't make arson and other charges "OK". In honesty, we are willing to accept a different family or leader in place, if not we will talk to the RP committee and see what they rule - but the current framework, pretty much under any government even her own, would found her guilty and have to dispatch of her.) |
