The numbers that moderation and the GRC finalized 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚'𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟖𝟒,𝟖𝟕𝟓,𝟓𝟑𝟔 (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?p=135174#p135174). While this adjustment has not occurred yet, the game's creator (Wouter) said on 9 October 2018 that he intends to enact these changes "soon."
