Mr speaker, My collegues, I may believe our secretary could be making a huge mistake.

One thing certain is that our department must invest a large sum of money, but who said it has to invest RIGHT now ? we could give the departement more time to complete their work. maybe 10 years. Like I once said, don't rush.

from previous discussion, it appears the department of environment need a total 20 000 000 000 BLD and 5 000 000 000 in security to build finish the project..

So here my propostion.
We could give 2 500 000 000 to the department of environment during 10 years, and give them 10 or 11 years to complete the construction of recyc-Baltusia.

I can also promesse my collegues, I'm going to talk the secretary about this absurb fine to the Johnston Hotels.
