Message | OOC: So, we dont actually mind engaging in RP on this and even debating, but a mixed issue 18 proposal bill like this will have a lot of us abstaining since these are major changes that will cause implications for even the LDP. If I were you, I would go on discord (add Ovarix#3328) as we are arranging a cabinet. In the current form though, this is sort of a bill that most of us like to avoid (we dub these "visibility" bills). We would even vote on some compromise version of this, but some of these are just extreme secular and some of these are just an undoing of fascist legislation (which we to some degree do support). |

Message | OOC): If people don't like a bill they can vote for or vote against. We are perfectly entitled to introduce an act like this. It mainly is a visibility bill though |

Message | OOC: By voting "no", it will damage some positions and shift them. By voting "yes", it will improve some positions, and damage others. This is why I *never* do visibility bills, its unfair to other parties. The parties required to vote for this would be getting hurt un-necessarily. For example, White Rose would love to liberalize the courts, but they want a state religion. This would turn them into a secular party at the expense of some reforms they would otherwise want. |

Message | Basically, this bill says "either be a religious fascist or a secular person" |
