| 1 An embargo is established, including - arms and related materiel of all kinds, including arms and ammunition, military vehicles and supplies, paramilitary equipment and spare parts for all such material, non-lethal military equipment, technical assistance, training or financial assistance to acquire arms - oil, gas, coal, energy, equipment, technical assistance, training or financial assistance to acquire them - industrial machines and mechanisms. 1.1 Any export of these items with final or intermediate destination to United Solentian Republic is totally prohibited. 2 Authorize all security forces that, when they discover articles prohibited by point 1 of this resolution, they confiscate and liquidate (destroying, unusable, storing, transferring to their property or transferring them to a State other than the State of destination) the articles whose supply, sale, transfer or export are prohibited 3 Instructs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry to take measures to strongly discourage their nationals from traveling to the United Solentian Republic for any reason 4 instruct the national or international banks that operate in the confederation must freeze without delay all funds, other financial assets and economic resources that are in their accounts and that are owned or controlled directly or indirectly by the persons or entities listed in 4.1, or by persons or entities that act on their behalf or under their direction, or of entities that are owned or controlled by these persons, and also that all banks ensure that their clients or other persons or entities do not place funds, financial assets or economic resources available, directly or indirectly, of the persons or entities, or use them for the benefit of those persons or entities, under penalty of termination of license to operate. 4.1 Are sanctioned Solentian companies (including banks) Solentian government particular related to these, 4.2 The country, United Solentian Republic, is included in the list of non-collaborating countries with tax evasion. Any transfer or transaction of assets to banks or companies of that country directly or indirectly is totally prohibited. 4.3 It is ensured that the assets frozen in accordance with this law are placed later in the disposition of the town of United Solentian Republic and for its benefit; 5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall adopt the necessary measures to prevent the entrance into the territory or the transit through it of the persons related to the government or banks of United Solentian Republic or designated by the Ministry in order to comply with this law. The state can not deny the entry into its territory of its own nationals; 5.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is authorized to take the necessary steps to guarantee the return of nationals who wish to return to the territory of the confederation from United Solentian Republic. 6. The Kizaki Bank is exempt from punishment 7. This embargo will have an indeterminate duration until its derogation or agreement with the country in question. |

| Message | The Republic of Solentia has become a threat to Majatran and to world peace. Proof of this is that today he is making summary judgments against his own citizens. Their aggressiveness and lack of democracy are damaging not only their citizens. Today each of our citizens who visit this country are registered and segregated by ethnicity, religion, personal thinking, etc. On the other hand, every refugee who tries to enter his country is shot in the act. Monstrous. Finally, they have implemented such a strict fiscal secrecy that have become the tax haven in the world. This encourages terrorism, tax evasion and money laundering. The situation is so serious that today we should be here discussing a declaration of war and a total maritime blockade.Rescuing, protecting, bringing the light of civilization to these places should be the fundamental mission of our armed forces!
