| Message | OOC: So, going to take a moment to explain why that can not work. The Head of State is in the case of our Empire, an Emperor. He is a hereditary figure, we would need to become a Republic to have such a thing and it would essentially create an issue where we have an Emperor being indirectly elected by a diet. If you want to propose a republic, sure - but we dont have the votes for that right now. |
