| Message | Assembly, At present, our Capital city is Kaliburg which is situated on our island District of Ananto, far away from the other 80% of our nation's population. This is not only problematic and disenchanting socially, but it has had a massive impact economically. I believe we should move our capital city to our mainland where it is accessible to the majority of our population and where the vast surrounding area can benefit economically and socially. As proposed by this bill, I believe this should be in Kluptoon, int he District of Odufaray. To mitigate any affects to the great District of Ananto economically, we should invest money in their local economy as well as promote it as a great vacation destination both domestically and overseas. |

| Message | There is simply no reason for the capital to be changed. It would incur extraordinary costs to build new Ministries and Legislative buildings in Kluptoon, and it would be such a waste of money when there are more significant and pressing issues to deal with in Kalistan. |
