Description[?]:

Citizens of Malivia were horrified as news came through of a shooting spree in a small school in the Province of Bhulkhandra. Clarice Taylor, a frustrated student fed up with school work, entered the school this yesterday morning armed with a gun and began shooting students and teachers indiscriminately. After killing 11 people and wounding 4 more, Clarice Taylor committed suicide before being arrest by law enforcement. Former teacher George Dickinson told reporters how the community was still in a state of shock and how this tragedy would haunt Malivia for years to come. Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Malivia Kathrine Peterson has since travelled to the area to attend the funerals of the victims.

For this we propose the following measures:

 - That a database be created on the criminals so that they are forbidden to acquire weapons, increase penalties, create an organization that has a small management of all the stores that sell weapons.

 - Give special financial help to family members.

 - Create a project for people with free frustration that will provide economic and psychological help to avoid these situations.

 - Reduce the pressure on students with tasks and exams, and normalize the repetition of courses and poor results and not relate them to a catastrophic life, which causes extreme stress, which lowers performance and triggers a loss of performance that ends in scholastic failure, and in an absolute frustration.

 - Give the support of the congress, our condolences to the family of the victims.

 - Establish this day as a national day of arms control.

 - Declare a week of national mourning.

 - Make the flags wave at half mast.

MessageOf course, I and our party's horrified that this event ocurred within our Nation. It's incredible how things can go wrong so quickly. These events happen occasionally, we're fortunate in that at least. [...] We support all of the proposals that the Platform of Citizen Action has brought up, and we call for all parties to approve this measure at least on a temporary period in order to determine if it functions correctly. We propose that National Day of Weapon Control should be celebrated in January 28th from this year on.

We do not condone politicization of these affairs in any way. Today's truly a tragedy.

Random fact: Periodically, it is a good idea to go through your nation's Treaties and arrange to withdraw from any that are unwanted.

Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson
