MessageWhile the Anti-Imperialist Party is free to have a stance committed to national pride and resisting international influences, these implementations will only push our nation further down a rabbit hole of incompetence.

Articles 1 and 2 does nothing more than anger the international community and many influential members in the nation. We strongly believe such an act will backfire immensely. While the Anti-Imperialist Party may be committed to national isolation, this move will only hurt the nation's security and economy. Studies show that allowing foreign tourists increases national reputation. If Sekouo's culture and way of life truly is superior, let us put it to the test and allow those from outside our borders to visit our wondrous nation and spread its glorious word to the world so it may bow down to our ways.

Article 3 is, similarly, is an attempt to fight an economic fight with ideology. This will not work. While forcing a set rate for our currency may help in the short-run, in the long-run this bill will only hurt our national economy. Exporting our superior goods and services of our nation will help expand the influence and international standing of our nation. Severely hindering this ability will only cripple our nation's standing economically and militarily. This is not the move for Sekouo's strengthening.

MessageOur party opposes Article 3, as national currencies must remain free-floating in order to create investor confidence and trust that the currency value will not arbitrarily fluctuate based on governmental policy but will reflect its real international demand for the currency. Free-floating currencies also prevent large balance of payments deficits by creating automatic market correction, where demand for the SEK suddenly rises or falls based on international economic conditions.

However, our party will still vote for owing to Articles 1 and 2, which are necessary to keep our people safe and keep out dangerous foreigners seeking to do innocent Sekowans harm. Moreover, it is necessary to prevent radicalised young Orincos and Sécowannais from freely-leaving our country to contribute to foreign criminal syndicates and terrorist groups.
