Message | Mr. Speaker, The state of our economy is nothing less than shameful. The ignorant policies of the White Rose and Restoration Party are directly responsible for this. Most working families pay over half their earnings in income tax, while corporation tax stands at 0%. We spend £75 billion on the military and £50 billion on research and development, while health and education is chronically underfunded and our infrastructure is falling apart around us. I respect our soldiers and scientists and believe they should receive all the support they need - this, however, is just the stupid mismanagement of our finances by the White Rose. I urge all parties to support this bill. This is not just nationalisation, but rationalisation. The steel and energy industries can and will be more efficient under this new government's management. John Adderley MD for Sewallston North West Leader of the Social Democratic Party |

Message | Mr. Speaker I agree with Mr. John Adderley. We do need to fix the Budget but I am not willing to go into default and bankruptcy to do it. Blake Prater National Chair of the Restoration Party |
