| Senators, Hereby Panegyris Priscian, Rector of Selucia, authorizes the calling of a Rectoral Plebiscite, as stablished by the Romilian Law on Decrees of the Plebs (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=587926), on the issue of creating Anthems for the five provinces that made up Selucia,after the proposal made by the Praetrix of Insularia, Umbria Segestes. The question of the Plebiscite shall be: "Do you agree with the creation of an anthem for your Province, authorising the regional government to create and propose it to the Senate?"
