Message | Can’t say this is a surprise. We can’t help wonder why the new President seems to disband the militias before modernization has even begun? Is he seeking to critically weaken the Republic in preparation for some sort of foreign infiltration? Or does he want to get rid of any opposition in preparation for the establishment of the police segregationist state he has sought since the founding of his Party? If you want to reform the military, getting rid of party militias is not how you do it. But we expect the hypocrisy from the Patriots: on the one hand they support economic privatization because apparently the government can do no good. And then on the other hand, they seek to consolidate the entire military force under the control of the National Government, because apparently Central Authority is the only group who can be trusted with this sort of power? How mutually exclusive those two positions are, unless the goal is one of the two we have listed above. |

Message | Again, the anti Kalistan ephemeral parties attack our military. |
Date | 14:47:08, January 22, 2019 CET | From | Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) | To | Debating the National Defense Reform Act of 4519 |
Message | With respect to our coalition partners we must abstain unless the parliament provides a two-thirds majority due to the fact that militias have been too deeply tied to National History and Heritage |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
