| Numonian Law on Local Government Senators, Last election the people have spoken, and they sent a loudly clear message: our attempt at centralizing governance in Selucia was a major and unpopular mistake. The voters have made it painfully obvious that they value the autonomy of their Provinces and municipalities and are suspicious of any increase in the powers of the central government. Does this bill really represent the new thought of Factio Republicana, or it is just another bill to try to get more votes, and that will be changed once again after they win other elections? This diversity of opinion constitutes our party's strength and allows us to accurately track and respond to popular interest.
