We should not restrain ourself from using biological or chemical weapons against a country that already used them. Why should we have mercy for people that does not have any mercy for us? For me its obvious that if someone use a weapon against us, we should at least be able to fight back with the same weapon.

Provision;
Article 1.1) Biological or chemical weaponry shall only by used in time war and only if they have already been used by another nation first.
Article 1.2) Chemical or biological weapons shall only be used in area where civilian wouldn’t be expected to be there.
