Message | Citizens Rights Charta: (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement. (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country. We are looking forward to regain power after the abolishment of such basic rights. |

Message | Citizens Rights Charta: Article 4 No one shall be held in slavery or servitude. Your party's current proposal: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=595749 Doesn't look like you took much notice anyway |

Message | There is a big difference between what a fraction wants and what becomes law...and by the way you are also abolishing the Constutitonal Court: "The Highest Court of Justice is the highest court of Solentia. Its first and foremost task is to protect and safeguard the proper execution of the constitution of this country. Furthermore it has to ensure that decision made by lower courts are in compliance with the constitution" And yes every government has to respect the judgment of a court which would have ruled the Slavary Act illegal... |

Message | Can the HDA please outline how many times it tried to challenge a law before the constitutional court because it thought it were illegal? |

Message | These laws offer no protection to anyone as you continually violate them. Just one recent example Article 3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. Article 23 (4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=595139 Proposed: Trade unions are illegal. Proposed: Adultery is a capital offence. Passed by BdL By the way Article 23 also states (1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment. Have BdL been upholding that one? And you are still ignoring your own laws. As well as the slavery example you are currently proposing and voting for... Article 26. (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=595742 Proposed: Prisoners are not given any form of education. Proposed: Education is entirely voluntary. I could go on... These laws are restrictive and designed to strangle any form of politically open society. Any positive elements in them are simply a smoke screen, ignored for the most part except when you bring them up to try to trick other parties into voting to keep them. |

Message | 1.) How many times has the HDA made the attmept to legalize trade unions or to give prisoners more education or to create just and favourbale conditions at work? I can tell you that: 0 times. Look at the vot comparison they constantly vote the same way than the BDL. 2.) There is a very simple way to create pressure: To drag the government of the day before the Constitutional Court an demand these things. How many times did your party do that? 0 times..... 3.) We suggest reform instead of abolishment and therefore suggest a constitutional reform committee which can eradicate the wrongs and keep the good things about these laws rather than abolsih all democartic safeguards. |

Message | The DCP will work with the BDL to review laws, now we are in a partnership. Maybe this is something we can do at a scheduled time? Caelan S Bromell Head of DCP Government |
