Bill: PPS-007: Padronização de Políticas de Saúde (Standardization of Health Policies)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Partido do Progresso Social (PPS)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4546
Description[?]:
In line with our education reform proposals, the PPS brings before the National Assembly a rigorous standardization of the nation's health policies, such as job safety, food provisions, and various aspects of the national healthcare system. We believe in a strong welfare state, where our citizens do not have to worry about either being unable to afford health insurance or being afraid of their hospital bills. Too many people in our nation treat themselves in their own homes, often risking more diseases than they are exposed to purely because they fear they can't afford treatment. It's time to end the decentralized approach to health policies, and to establish a strong, national healthcare system across Tukarali. We urge both our fellow opposition parties and the current PDL-USH coalition government to look past ideological lines and think with their hearts, for the betterment of our people. Message | Sr. Alto falante (Mr. Speaker), We reject any kind of rigid standardisation. It is not a proven fact that this would necessarily lead to improvements of any kind.
