| The حزب السلطان Hizb Alsultan propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the الامراض الوراثية احمديه سلطنة بادارة (Badara). The Sultan proposes this bill to establish a progressive income tax structure, where all contribute according to their abilities to do so. |

| Message | I suggest the government to implement a Personal Allowance in the Income Tax Table: Those who earn less than 15.000 BDR shouldn't pay taxes. If the government is cutting in expenditure, should consider cut in taxes as well to promote a better system. There is no reason to cut expenditure and to keep high taxes on poor! |

| Message | Why should those who earn less than 15,000 BDR not pay taxes? Do they not claim citizenship? Do they not receive services? Do they not have an obligation for the maintenence of their country the same as the wealthy do? We are bringing expenditures in line with the actual costs of the programs, in line with the greatly reduced size of government due to woeful neglect of this country over the past few decades. Money has been pouring down a black hole and a surplus for the time being is needed to cover all the off the books expenses incurred during the period of the Absentee Republic. Now is the time for rectification. |
