MessageMr Speaker,

This is a huge step back for democracy in Hutori. The people should have the right to choose who their head of state is. The governement is complaining abou the alleged ''waste of money'' that the presidency represent but what about the the cost of the monarchy itself? Taxpayer have to pay for the royal residence, the royal security, the entire nobility system, a incredibly amount of completly useless ceremonies. Wouldn't it be simplier and cheaper to completly reform the political system and to abolish this obsolete practice that is monarchy? The president of Hutori, unlike the monarch, has at least some use in ou political system.

OOC: First of all this bill isn't abolishing the presidency, you are simply changing the tile of the head of state. You need to change the ''Structure of the executive branch.'' in order to abolish the presidency. Secondly, you mention ''taxpayer dollars'' in your description, just to remind you that dollars don't exist in Hutori, we use HLR.

MessageOOC: I know how it works, but I have to have an election to elect a HoS named "." This is simply the first step. Also yes I know we use Lira, just a simple mistake there.
