Message | Our nation's nature requires professional and full-time protection of our sovereignty and citizens. This bill was introduced by a group of eight Representatives and referred to the Defense and Armed Services Committee. After evaluating and assessing the bill, we concluded it was necessary for it to be known by the entire House of Representatives, which is why we are presenting it to the floor and putting it to vote. Defense and Armed Services Committee Chairman Johnnie Foster (EB-39) |
Date | 16:24:45, April 05, 2019 CET | From | Social Democratic Party of Likatonia | To | Debating the Government Military Policy |
Message | The SDLP, currently is a bit divided on the issue of regional autonomy and local governmental powers. While we agree that a capable military is important to protect our sovereignty, this may be an autonomy-reducing act when it comes to local power. We will abstain from voting until a consensus can be made. Ashlyn Knox SDPL candidate for the Ministry of Defence |
