The NCP moves to call the National Constitutional Court in for a six year term. This bill requires a simple majority to pass (More than 50%).

Each party with seats will nominate one Justice, the party with the most seats will nominate an additional Justice, the President will nominate a Justice, and the Minister of Justice will nominate a Chief Justice to preside over the Court and break any ties.
