Description[?]:

This bill defines the concept of censuring.

Definition: Censuring shall be defined as the act of the National Senate to disassociate itself from one of its members or the President. Though members of the National Senate may still vote while censured, they are considered to be condemned and in contempt of the body.

The Act: A bill shall be proposed censuring a specific individual member of the National Senate or the President. Should the bill receive more "yes" than "no" votes, the individual shall be considered censured until there is a second bill which repeals the censure.

Strangely, I can only agree with the members from the NVF. If the the senate can simply remove nearly all power from the President without any reason whatsoever, why should we even keep the office of President at all? If this bill passed, any President that is elected with a hostile senate will nearly automatically get strep from all his power, which makes the office of President completely useless as the whole idea of the presidency is for it to be independant from the senate.
