Message | Mr. Speaker, We disapprove if that bill. What if a bill is defated due to one party abstaining? What if the party proposing the bill is able to reach a deal with another party during the same session? |

Message | Mr Speaker, If a party "reaches a deal" with a party who originally voted against their bill, that "deal" usually would include changes to the original bill, which would mean that under this law, that bill could be proposed again with the agreed upon changes being included. The National Salvation Front has continued to waste the time of this Senate by proposing the same treaty ratification 5 times during this session. Hon. Message | Mr. Speaker, I must say that my party and I are completly behind this bill. We fully support this idea. However, maybe limiting the proposition of a bill to one time every session is a bit to extreme, sometimes, mistake can happen during the vote and the situation can change between two proposition of the same bill. Maybe increasing the number to two would be more adequate. -Owen Denoncourt Chairman of the National Progress Party |

Message | OOC: Fundamentally, it wont stop being from doing it, as they can with the game mechanic, therefore I cannot see it working long term. I support it on merit though |

Message | OOC: I know that, but it is essentially made as a RP rules bill. |

Message | OOC: also I've amended it to allow bills to be introduced twice before needing to be amended. |

Message | OOC: Also, let's not forget that the Particracy rules prohibit bill spamming so if someone post the same bill over and over again we can certainly call moderation for it. |

Message | OOC: exactly. This is essentially just a bill that will go on the books saying that this nation doesn’t tolerate it. If players ignore it, we can easily report them to moderation. |

Message | OOC: so what I would suggest going forward is that if this passes, we refer users spamming bills to this bill, and if they don’t stop, then we go ahead and report it to moderation. My point of this bill was to have a tool to use so that we don’t have to get moderation involved unless they decide to violate the law |
