Description[?]:

This act shall regulate the sale of video games which contain content that is unsuitable for children. The following provisions shall ensure that children are not able to purchase video games that contain graphic sexual or violent content.

Article 1) Rating System
1.1 Under this Act the Video Game Regulatory Ratings Board (VGRRB) shall be created.
1.2 The VGRRB shall be in charge of determining the rating of all video games using the rating scheme included in this act.
1.3 Video games shall be categorized as follows:
Games containing offensive language, non-graphic violence and/or non-sexual nudity may only be purchased by those 14 years of age and older and are to be rated T14+.
Games containing scenes of sexual nudity and graphic violence may only be purchased by those 18 years of age and older and are to be rated M18+.
Games not containing any of the previously mentioned content may be purchased by anyone and are to be rated E.
These ratings are to be published on the packaging of the video game.

Article 2) Sale of Video Games
2.1 Video game retailers are responsible for ensuring that they do not sell video games with ratings of T14+ and M18+ to customers under the legal purchasing age.
2.2 Any retailer found to have sold restricted games to underage customers will face the following penalties:
First time offending retailers will face a fine of 5,000 Lira.
Second time offending retailers will face a fine of 10,000 Lira.
Third time offending retailers will have their business permit revoked and will face a fine of 50,000 Lira.
