| Message | Mr Speaker, This is a discrace to our history and culture we feel that it brings no harm to anyone to be able to grant a title of nobility to a person worthy of it. The title gives no power or privileges at all. It is just a symbol of honour and given only for those who have done something absolutely great and wonderful for the good of Luthori, or maybe even the whole Terra. |
