| The Office of His Majesty the Emperor hereby announces the decision of His Majesty, signed in front of the High Imperial Council together the Act of Adoption, as provided by the Imperial Constitution (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=599897), to appoint the Imperial Prince Alessandro, sons of the Grand Prince Mattia, elder brother of the Emperor (Imperial Family: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=600269), as Heir to the Imperial Throne and next Emperor of the Istalians after His Majesty Michele I. His Imperial Highness Alessandro is since now created Grand Prince of the Crown which is his new official Title. The ArchChancellor of the Empire trasmits to the Prime Minister for information the Act of Adoption and the Act of Appointment of the Heir. The ArchChancellor trasmits also the documents to the National Assembly so to be transcripted in its archive.
