To better protect the citizens of hutori, we have made the following proposals in the hope that by introducing such legislation would increase security in our country, and put Hutorian people first above all others. A nationalist hutori is a better hutori and we hope that the people of our nation can enjoy the privilege of their citizenship as it is exactly that; a privilege not a right. |
