| In order to create a strong state where people feel directly represented on both the national and local level the DKF hereby proposes a new constitution. While we acknowledge the fact that we just got rid of the communist dictatorship we think the system that replaced it is prone to instability and has to little local representation. Upon the passing of this bill the name of the country will change to Bundesrepublik Dorvik (Federal Republic of Dorvik) Upon the passing of this bill the new to be created states will gain the right to legislate their own local matters however, federal law, always overwrites local law |

| Message | OOC: High everyone! This is much more of an OOC change then IC. The system im proposing will deliver a wide variety of RP options like more interactive and exciting campaigning for the position of HOS, more RP when winning a election in a specific state, and a stronger HOS which makes for more fun RP in a term itself. Pls consider voting in favour of this once its up to vote. It could really enhance the experience for all of us and i think it could elevate Dorvik as a playable nation to a next level! Thanks :D |

| Message | OOC: We will support you. Article 1 used to be useful when the communists where the HoS, but didn't have a majority and the "old parties" didn't want to be in coalition with the communists but rather in their own one, the grand coalition, but now it's not anymore necessary. Article 2 & 3 were inspired by the austrian parliament, and bavarias title as freistaat in stead of bundesland. However we will still support the bill, and look forward for the RP. You could change the name of the article to parlamentarischer Rat(parliamentary council). The parlamentarischer Rat had delegates from all over west Germany, and created the german constitution(grundgesetz), after the second world war. |

| Message | OOC: We will support this reform, based on the extensive conversations we've had OOCly with regard to the reforms - and how they aspire to improve RP within Dorvik. That being said, we also hope that this Government agrees that early elections should be held in before September 4604 (at the latest) instead of waiting until 4605. This is because this constitutional amendment extends the term of office, and as an Opposition Party we are unwilling to grant an extended mandate to the current Government without them facing an election. |
