Bill: Acting Prime Minister Address

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberal Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4605

Description[?]:

I want to thank all the voters for continuing to believe that the center ground of our nation has been represented.
As the Former Prime Minster has resigned from government and we have yet to have a government agree in place. As Deputy Prime Minister I will be stepping into the role as Act Prime Minister until a new government agreement has been reached. This is completely legal because of the names and succession act passed by parliament.

MessageMr Speaker,
There is no such thing as an acting prime minister. If the SDP think that there is they should hold a vote of confidence to confirm him. We currently have no working government and are being lead by the civil service. Anything else is a complete falsehood and an attempt at grabbing power in an unconstitutional fashion. This will be taken to the Supreme Court and President if required.
