In the Holiest Presence of the God Empress Herself, we present this bill to reinstate the monarchy. Below are the proposals for said bill, which shall be passed it this bill receives a 2/3 majority in the legislation:
Proposal I-
The God Empress shall now become the Head of State and Head of Government for Dankuk
Proposal II-
The name of the nation shall be changed to the ‘Second Kyo Empire’
Proposal III-
All parties, besides those in full support of the monarchy and her Holy Empresses right to rule, shall be banned
Proposal IV-
Any and all laws passed must be met with approval from the God Empress
Proposal V-
This law can only be repealed with the approval of the God Empress or her successors
