| Message | Mr Speaker, This is a compromise proposal to reduce the tax burden further on everyone earing under £1500 whilst not requiring budget cuts which we think would be detrimental. Lets be clear, the old system was in place under multiple Governments and only the first rate of tax and the new higher rate, has changed. |
