| This bill is designed in case Beluzia should become involved in a war. We have committed ourselves to not developing any weapons of mass destruction to use in times of war. In a sense, we have taken the higher road. However, because we have failed to construct nuclear arms to defend us, we must rely on our conventional military. This will require lots of manpower during times of war. In the event that we do have to fight a war, this bill will give us the ability to do it. |

Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
