| The primary purpose of the Imperatorian Guard is to protect the Imperator of the Holy Luthorian Empire. Article 1: The Imperatorian Guard will be the official bodyguards of the Imperator. Article 2: The Imperatorian Guard will be also be the official high security bodyguards of government officials. Article 3: The Imperatorian Guard will follow orders of the Imperial Citizens Party. Article 4: The Imperator will be the Ceremonial Chief of the Imperatorian Guard. Article 5: If the Imperial Citizens Party uses the Imperatorian Guard for purposes which goes against the best interests of the survival of the Empire this law will be repealed by a majority vote by the Imperial Diet. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, The CPL is right in a that regard... they can't see things they do not understand. The ICP will protect the Imperator no matter what party he or she is from, no matter if its a fascist or a communist. The ICP has as a primary goal to protect the Empire and the Imperator, its something called loyalty and patriotism something the CPL can't understand or see as well. |
