| Hi I am proposing a bill to appoint Governor's for All District's in Kalistan. As u know Party winning majority in National Assembly position which is a majority is required to appoint Governor's for All Kalistani District's according to http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=482807 (District Government Act) Governor's act Army in Chief for their states & head of district from their alloted district. Bill must be passed with majority. It is unofficial post. No such post exsist in particracy. Refer to above mentioned link about District Government Act for more details. Please read names of proposed candidate's below for Governor in Kalistan Governor of Antao- Raul Martinez (Liberal Party of Kalistan) Governor of Odufaray - Karl Stirner ( Conservative party) Governor of Vrassa - Louis Lee ( Liberal Party of Kalistan) Governor of Salandor - Elfrieda Powers (Conservative party) Governor of Neveras - Ollie Gardiner (conservative party) What is ur view on this?? | Message | The New District Act that currently governs our nation and which the LPK provided for inspection states otherwise. Refer to article 5: "5) The Plurality Party shall also name the Governor of the District. The Speaker of the District Assembly and the Governor of the District must be two separate NPCs. The District Governor shall serve as liaison between the National Assembly and the District Assembly, and shall represent the government of the District. The District Governor will also serve as Commander in Chief of the District Military when it is not placed under national control." In context created in article 3, the plurality party the bill speaks of is the plurality party in the district assemblies rather than one in the National Assembly. As article 5 clearly states, the plurality party in each district assembly shall be the party to choose the district governor. The constitution or any law gives no such power to the National Assembly. Under current law, the governors of Ananto, Suldanor, and Odufaray are to be chosen by the LPK; the governor of Vrassa is to be chosen by the PCF; and the governor of Never as is to be chosen by the KIRP. |
