Bill: Hopkins I Cabinet

Details

Submitted by[?]: Socialist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4641

Description[?]:

We reached an agreement with the LDP and the SDP on what this cabinet will achieve, which will allow us to make substantial progress. Since the WR didn't partake in the negotiations on neither side, we take this absence for an agreement.
Government Program:
HEALTH:
- The use of medicinal cannabis will be allowed.
- Enforcing food standards provisions.
BUDGET:
-Increasing social spending, while decreasing military spending. The previous governments made big cuts in social security spending.
CIVIL RIGHTS:
-Nobility does not confer majors rights anymore, only minor rights
MILITARY:
-The nation can only use chemical weapons on non-civilian areas instead of at will.
-The use of chemical weapons will only be allowed on non-civilian areas instead of at will.
JUSTICE:
-Dueling will be made illegal
-Public executions are carried out in private, with only the required personnel and not broadcasted on TV
ECOLOGY:
-Stop enforcing religious codes for livestock farming but instead animal protection standards.
SCIENCE:
The use of animals to test cosmetic products will be regulated.

MessageMr Speaker,
WR haven't even responded and the CP just assume it means agreement. Such a disrespectful attitude, but not surprising from those scum.

MessageMr. Speaker,
If we waited for the WR, we would not form a cabinet until the next election.
