MessageNo. PMC are doing better. We privatized parts of the miltiary so they can do that in our place.

MessageSince we allowed private military we can develop military without so much spending on it. We need a more stable spending and efficient on military. We have private sector working too so military spending can be reduced a bit. This is best compromise.
