| Following the Baltusian threats to our nation, and their insistence on this matter, I have declared an end to the Talks. - Cutting of all Diplomatic relations with Baltusia - Imposing a Land/Air/Sea blockade and embargo on baltusia - Revoking any and all Baltusian visas to Luothori, and banning the entry of any Baltusian citizen into Luthorian Territory - A formal complaint will be issued to the World Congress on this breach fo Luthrian SOverngity, and this disrespect of any and all diplomatic laws and etiquette Effective Immediately upon the Approval of the Diet, Imperator and Prime Minister of the Holy Luthori Empire, Pope William I |
