Message | Mr Speaker, With a 12 Billion surplus, we are proposing further tax cuts. The third bracket goes from 30% to 25%, while the fourth bracket falls from 35% to 30%. These tax cuts help the working/middle class and put some money back into their hard working pockets! Even with these proposals we would still have quite a big surplus! |
