Message | Mr. Speaker, As communists, this is an unacceptable bill for us. You probably haven't talked with the people, belonging to the middle class who will have financial difficulties if they had to pay for the tuition of their children. We know parents who can't pay their bills at the end of the month, who can't offer presents to their children while they do not belong to the most impoverished. Tuition must benefit everyone, all the common people and not just a fraction of the population. |
