MessageMr Speaker,

We would prefer an odd number of seats and a return to 601 but we support any increase.

MessageMr. Speaker,

With that, we would consent but let us first pass this and then we can pass that.

MessageMr. Speaker,
There are a few reasons why we do support a 90 seats council:
-The elected representatives are closer to the people
-It sets an electoral treshold at the regional level
-Large parties will have more seats and that will make it easier to create a government because the Council will be less fragmented.
