Details
Submitted by[?]: Pro Lodamunese Unitarian Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 4706
Description[?]:
Acknowledging that this bill, http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=608814 Subsequently dismantled the entire court system, we seek to repeal this bill entirely. - Furthermore, at the successful passage of this act, the court system is protected by the law, the courts are not subject to dismantling by anyone, much less the HoS or HoG, and are permanent. - It is now illegal for the HoS to be the sole deciding factor of justice in the nation, and the courts are to be held in the highest regard. - Any attempts to further dismantle the courts can result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, which includes full dismissal from office and the chambers, fines, and potential imprisonment charges, up to life imprisonment. And at the discretion of law enforcement, if the situation is dire, the military can aid in carrying out any of the charges. - Such proceedings can be initiated by any party, that has reasonable evidence, against another party that has violated these outlines. Successful charges can make any attempt to repeal any part of this bill null and void - And all of these above outlines are protected and to be repealed they must each be dealt with in their own separate bills from one another, or the attempt is null and void.
