| Message | Members of the Assembly, We would have supported this if it weren't for Article 3. Decentralization is not the way forward and it only brings divide. Farmers and agricultural workers need a centralized authority to watch over their rights and freedom, especially when things like our Land Reforms (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=618106) are implemented, so that the state can make sure of its success.
