| Public transport belongs to everyone and we should encourage people to use them.Our planet is dying, as well as our ecosystems. We need to promote way of travelling that pollute less than cars. Also, the people who already use public transports will have a relief that they really deserve. We have people who tell us "I can't pay my bus tickets anymore. Life is so hard in Luthori when you're a simple worker. Please, Mr. Philips, do something!" This is not acceptable to us. Everyone should be able to live decently and this is why we propose this legislation. The capitalists will receive less subsidies, while we will be able to pay for free public transports. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, The a Government invests plenty into infrastructure, it has privatised the railways but not cut the transport budget, that money goes back into the partially subsidised system, with the remainder "user-pays". |
