Message | Mr. Speaker, Why does the CWL vote against this bill? Perhaps it is because of their goldfish memory, which may be supplemented by memorizing passages from the Holy Scripture. But until the CWP recites their prayer, I will take the duty of reminding them. Four years ago, and to the day, in March 4735, the CPL proposed "Restoring the Chairman of the Board of Science and Technology" [http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=619936]. That bill proposed the exact same proposals as this bill. On that bill, the CWL voted YES. On this bill the CWL voted NO. There are only 2 explanations: the CWL votes randomly on bills, which is unlikely, they may be evil, but we doubt they are insane OR the CWL has not received its order from Central Communist Command Council of Comrades in the CPL, to vote yes. _________ Now some might counter, "is that not the purpose of a Bloc? to unify political forces?" I respond yes, to UNIFY, not to ENSLAVE. In the Holy Bloc, parties have been free to vote their WILL, and they have frequently voted aginst HLC measures, a RIGHT they are ENTITLED to and a RIGHT that is UNALIENABLE, because the elector votes for the PARTY, not the Bloc. The Bloc merely attempt to unify the wills of the people to fight for a common cause. Perphaps the CPL should allow democracy in its own ranks, before it seeks to preach to us about it. |

Message | Mr Speaker, We support the issue but we decided to vote against it. Either way, this won't go through, no matter how we vote. And because it is so, we decided to solve it differently (probably in much easier way) and therefore we voted against it. This is not the way to do this. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Just this once, we support an HLC proposal. The bill was previsouly passed without us knowing that the Speaker would "replace" the science and technology department. It wasn't like that after the communist revolution. |
