In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8088&p=145763#p145764), Jakania is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name.

--OVERVIEW--

Jakania is a heterogenous country in terms of language, religion and ethnicity. The dominant group in the country are Turjaks (Turks) but there are two significant minority groups: Kalopians (Greeks) and Majatrans (Arabs). Several smaller minority groups also exist.

Turjak (Turkish) is the dominant language in Jakania and is spoken to a certain extent among minority groups too. Despite this, Kalopian (Greek) and Majatran (Arabic) are still commonly spoken within the respective minority communities and are recognised as official languages too.
