Message | Mr Speaker, we have to present our concerns for this bill. We don't consider as suitable to merge those articles with a proposal of withdrawal from an international treaty. For this reason we refuse to vote and we invite our collegues from OFF to avoid in the future to add too much different matters in the same bill. It's a matter of respect for the allies as well as all the elected representatives of the nation. Thank you - Moira De Carolis, ANI |

Message | Valente Bruno (MP): To our friends of the ANI, I would like to say that it's was quite clear on forehand that your party disagrees with our poit of view. That's well known and is no problem in our party as this is not a coalition proposal. But in a democracy as ours the OFF is entitled to put their ideals forward as we like. Besides, it is not the first time my party proposes a bill like this. So, it could't have supprised our much esteemed Colleagues. Secondly, I would like to add and underline that we find the mentioned Treaty (art 1) very disturbing as the regional democracies are not able to change certain laws as they please. So, to include that in our proposal is not some sort of trick but is totally in line with the spirit of this bill. It's done before, if I may remind the ANI. To answer your question, yes we respect the proceedings of this House and they do allow us to use our democratic rights. It's up to the elected representatives to support our bills, reject it or abstain from voting. Our Proposal, your choice!! Thank you. |

Message | Members of the assembly As much as we defend federalization, we don’t support the withdrawal from a treaty that grants the basic rights to all our citizens, and we’re afraid we know what the intentions of the OFF are regarding this withdrawal. We support this bill as it requires more votes than the ones we cam provide, bit we ask the OFF party to separate the next time between withdrawals and normal legislation Thanks |
