BE IT ENACTED By the President, with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Beluzia as follows, SECTION 1: Name This is the BNU-DB - 9 Nationalized ISP Act. SECTION 2: The Agenda There shall be a national state-owned internet service provider, but small private ISPs shall be allowed, which shall be heavily restricted to ensure that they stay small. SECTION 3: Procedure This ordinary bill comes into effect when there are more yes votes than no votes. |
