Article 1) 1.1 Upon passage of this bill, Internet Hutori shall be dissolved. All assets acquired from another entity shall be returned to their previous owner. Any asset that was built by Internet Hutori shall be sold. 1.2 Private entities and provincial and municipal governments may set up their own ISPs. 1.3 If a provincial or municipal government owns an ISP, they must still allow private ISPs to operate in their jurisdiction. |
