| This budget proposal will increase funding for the Imperial Palace. These funds will be redirected to various associations endorsed by His Excellency the Imperator Loops. These funds will be given to various category of associations listed below: -Environmentalist associations -Organisations defending the working classes -Anti-fascist organisations and "anti-hate" groups -Anti-capitalist organisations -Women's right associations -Pro choice associations -Left-wing student associations. In total, 78 associations will receive funds to operate in the country. |

However, no Imperator has yet given money to associations that have a positive impact on society, on the environment. The capitalists have ruined this country for too long. There are many people doing good things for this country and they have no support. No support from the elites or from the government. As Imperator, I cannot accept that! Your protests are illegitimate. This law is absolutely not dictatorial. May I remind you that I have been elected Imperator, with 50.70 % of the votes. People are starting to realise that they are exploited by greedy capitalists. Do you know what it's like to live on the minimum wage Mr. Pierson? Do you know what life is like out there? Yes, we're promoting our cause. We have to continue this battle inside and outside the parliaments. We have very very organised student associations. Why? Because the revolution has to come from both the working classes and the more educated people. We have close links with some student associations and they are not political parties.
